Reputacioni është një platformë SaaS që mbledh, organizon dhe analizon vlerësimet publike të biznesit tuaj nga Google Maps, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Booking.com dhe rrjete të tjera, dhe, për planet me pagesë, gjeneron përgjigje të sugjeruara me AI.

Reputacioni is a SaaS platform that aggregates, organizes, and analyzes public reviews of your business from Google Maps, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and other networks, and, for paid plans, generates AI-suggested responses.

Ju jeni përgjegjës për ruajtjen e konfidencialitetit të kredencialeve tuaja dhe për të gjitha aktivitetet që ndodhin nën llogarinë tuaj. Duhet të jeni të paktën 18 vjeç dhe të keni autoritetin të lidhni biznesin që po regjistroni.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you are registering.

Planet me pagesë (Standard, Premium, Biznes, Custom): faturohen mujore ose vjetore përmes Paddle.com, ofruesit tonë i pagesave që vepron si Merchant of Record. Pagesa rinovohet automatikisht në fillim të çdo periudhe deri sa ju ta anuloni.

Paid plans (Standard, Premium, Business, Custom): billed monthly or annually via Paddle.com, our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Payment auto-renews at the start of each period until you cancel.

Çmimet janë në EUR dhe nuk përfshijnë TVSH-në, e cila i shtohet sipas vendndodhjes së blerësit. Çmimet mund të ndryshohen me njoftim 30-ditor; ndryshimet aplikohen vetëm në periudhën e ardhshme të faturimit.

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added based on the buyer's location. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply only to the next billing period.

Plani Falas ofron një foto të vetme të 10 vlerësimeve më të fundit nga Google Maps për një lokacion. Nuk përfshin rifreskimin automatik, përgjigje me AI, lokacione shtesë, ose platforma të tjera. Kufizimet teknike mund të aplikohen për të mbrojtur shërbimin nga abuzimi.

The Free plan provides a one-time snapshot of the 10 most recent Google Maps reviews for a single location. It does not include automatic refresh, AI replies, additional locations, or other platforms. Technical limits may apply to protect the service from abuse.

Ju pajtoheni të mos: (a) regjistroni biznese që nuk i përkisni ose nuk i përfaqësoni, (b) abuzoni me shërbimin për të mbledhur të dhëna jashtë qëllimit të deklaruar, (c) tentoni të anashkaloni kufizimet teknike ose të planit, (d) shesni ose shpërndani përsëri të dhënat e marra përmes Reputacioni, (e) përdorni shërbimin për veprime që shkelin ligjin ose të drejtat e palëve të treta.

You agree not to: (a) register businesses you don't own or represent, (b) misuse the service to collect data outside its stated purpose, (c) attempt to circumvent technical or plan limits, (d) resell or redistribute data obtained through Reputacioni, (e) use the service for actions that violate law or third-party rights.

Vlerësimet që mblidhen përmes Reputacioni janë publike dhe mbeten pronë e platformës burimore (Google, Facebook, etj.) dhe e autorit të vlerësimit. Ne ju ofrojmë akses të organizuar dhe analizuar të tyre për qëllimet tuaja legjitime të biznesit. Ju jeni përgjegjës për përmbajtjen e përgjigjeve që publikoni.

Reviews collected through Reputacioni are public and remain the property of the source platform (Google, Facebook, etc.) and the review's author. We provide you organized and analyzed access for your legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the content of any replies you publish.

Platforma, kodi, dizajni dhe markat tregtare të Reputacioni janë pronë jonë. Ju mbani të drejtat ndaj përmbajtjes që krijoni në llogarinë tuaj (përgjigjet, shënimet, etj.).

The Reputacioni platform, code, design, and trademarks are our property. You retain rights to content you create within your account (replies, notes, etc.).

Ju mund ta anuloni abonimin në çdo kohë nga paneli i faturimit. Anulimi hyn në fuqi në fund të periudhës aktuale të faturimit. Ne mund ta pezullojmë llogarinë tuaj nëse shkelni këto Kushte ose rrezikoni shërbimin për përdoruesit e tjerë.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms or jeopardize the service for other users.

Shërbimi ofrohet 'ashtu siç është'. Ne nuk garantojmë saktësinë e plotë të vlerësimeve të grumbulluara (ato janë automatike dhe varen nga platformat burimore) ose se shërbimi do të jetë gjithmonë pa ndërprerje. Përgjegjësia jonë maksimale ndaj jush për çdo pretendim është e kufizuar në shumën që keni paguar gjatë 12 muajve të fundit.

The service is provided 'as is'. We do not warrant the complete accuracy of aggregated reviews (they are automated and depend on source platforms) or that the service will always be uninterrupted. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Këto Kushte rregullohen nga ligji i Republikës së Kosovës. Çdo mosmarrëveshje do të zgjidhet nga gjykatat kompetente në Prishtinë. Të drejtat e paprekshme të konsumatorit sipas legjislacionit të Republikës së Kosovës (Ligji nr. 06/L-034 për Mbrojtjen e Konsumatorit) ose të Republikës së Shqipërisë (Ligji nr. 9902 'Për Mbrojtjen e Konsumatorëve') mbeten të garantuara për përdoruesit përkatës.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prishtina. Unwaivable consumer rights under Kosovo law (Law no. 06/L-034 on Consumer Protection) or under Albanian law (Law no. 9902 'On Consumer Protection') remain guaranteed for the relevant users.
